Default Help with designing a training workshop?

I am into the second week of a new job having recently graduated from MSc Occupational Psychology. Pretty much everything I know is academic and I don't have much practical experience.

I've been asked to design a two day training programme to include slides, activities, evaluation sheets, supporting materials, etc. I'm managing to find a lot of useful resources on the internet but I really want to impress my new boss. Can anyone suggest some great places to look?

I'm also trying to find a good format for writing the trainer guide. Any suggestions?

Sufficient sleep paves way for a healthy lifestyle. To sleep well, we need a good mattress that keeps us comfortable all through the night.

The best way to design and develop a workshop or seminar is to start with modules that have already been developed. If you're looking to conduct a seminar / workshop on say Corporate Culture and Ethics, the worst you can do is start from scratch. Never do that. You'll just waste precious time.
