Default consultancy ending

i have had a consultancy agreement with a charity of over 3 years, this is similar to employee contract in that my weekly pay rate includes a holiday allowance, i have been invoicing them on a monthly basis, i have now been given four weeks notice in line with the agreement however the agreement states a weekly pay figure and when i calculate the number of weeks i have worked this year i have been invoicing them way less than i should each month, i have to send them my final invoice for dec so am i right to invoice them for the total amount owing for the period 1st jan to 13th dec 2011 less what has already been paid at the weekly amount stated in agreement? this means an additional £3k for me to invoice and not an amount to be ignored, any advice please.

Default Advice

I would personally submit the invoice, then explain why it is that figure if asked.

If they are unhappy, then would probably be a good time to seek legal advice
