I "resigned" over a month ago now. My Boss found out I knew about his affair(s). He came up with some stupid reasons that I had to leave including not clocking in and out for my lunch (I hadn't ever been told to do this in 9 months employment there) calling it gross misconduct. I had a 6 month probation period that I passed with no problems, you would have thought it would have come up then...
His wife is the HR Director so I think he must have worried I would tell her all about the affair - I hadn't so far so I don't know why he would have thought that.
He gave me my month's notice paid providing I resigned and said I didn't have to work it. Strange for gross misconduct...
If I hadn't resigned I would have gone through a disciplinary hearing that I wouldn't have passed (his words)
Is there anything I can do as I wasn't there over a year.

PS...4 PM may be the time they schedule you to be done, but that's not always the case. Delays in training or the CO taking his time getting to final formation may mean you're done at 4 or whenever...

В Днепропетровске областные власти заявили о планах по строительству объездной дороги. Новый маршрут позволит направить транспортный поток с востока на юг - минуя центр города. Днепропетровск - один из немногих областных центров, где нет кольцевой магистрали. Чтобы начать строительство, на окраине уже снесли часть жилых домов. На прокладку трассы, протяженностью около 5-ти километров, понадобится более миллиарда гривен.

- Наша задача начать строительство в начале следующего года, и закончить максимум за 3 года. И будет решена серьезнейшая транспортная развязка в городе Днепропетровске.
Сергей Касьянов, советник главы Днепропетровской облгосадминистрации по привлечению инвестиций, председатель Фонда социального развития «Майбутнэ»:
- Планируем под это привлечь 111 миллионов евро, которые будут потрачены на строительство. Потенциальные инвесторы сегодня - Европейский банк реконструкции и развития, ряд китайских инвесторов . Также ведутся переговоры с Дойчебанком.
