Default Why I think dental coverage should be part of your PMI

I really think that this is a benefit that most employees would use. It should really be a part of every organisation's PMI benefit!

I agree. We saw a great increase in self-reported job satisfaction ratings after we introduced dental cover with our PMI.

We wanted to have this, together with preventive cover, but our management is so stingy!

That's awful of them. Do they know how difficult it is to go to the NHS for dental treatments??? I think your management should realize that having dental cover can really increase employee morale. Plus they would get urgent and immediate help when they need it.

Does your coverage limit which dentist you could go to?

I think all insurers have their own lists of dentists. But there are some insurers with more affiliated dentists, so you should choose them if only for the convenience.

The good thing is that most insurers no provide immediate cover for everybody in your organisation. We used to have problems with one insurer that insisted on having everybody checked first and then turned down some of our staff.

Management should really realized that the added benefit, which doesn't really cost that much, would help them with employee retention!

I have some nifty statistics that say 1000s of working days are lost every year because of staff dental problems.

Don't even think that you don't have enough employees to get dental cover. You could get in with as few as 3 employees!
