Default Dental Cover

We just found out that dental coverage does not really cost too much, especially if you get it with the group's health insurance.

That's true, we have dental coverage for our employees too, and it does not really cost that much extra. Yet the additional coverage is very welcome!

Our health insurance does have dental coverage but it is limited. Each covered employee can only avail of two oral prophylaxis in the same year and some dental procedures are excluded.

You should hear this tip. I work for a company that provided sales personnel for companies like merchandisers, promodisers and other related services. As such, we put high value on hygiene and looking good. Dental coverage is a must for us, then.

We used to pay a higher premium for health insurance because of the dental coverage we had. But here's the thing, always review your usage every year, and show the insurance company how your employees use the benefit. As it turns out, only a quarter of our employees used their dental benefit, so we were able to bring that down.

What country are you in? Every country has it's own health care system.
