Default Written warnings - how???

I have a problem with an employee who just won't heed verbal warnings and have actually deteriorated in his work performance. What do you do for written warnings??? How do you write it?

Well, you have to make sure that you put in the behaviour that is in question. If applicable, you should also put into the letter that the employee has been warned about it verbally before.

Then, you should tell the employee what improvements you want to see within a certain specified time.

You should be very careful as to how you word your written warning. There should be no room for misinterpretation or misunderstanding.

That's right! Plus you should know that you should put it in the letter that it is a formal written warning, and you should tell them that it will be stored on their personnel file!

No, you're stuck. And what does any of this have to do with workers compensation?

It doesn't. You haven't even read the OP's questions?

Spammers hired by beam a life.com don't even bother contributing. Am not doing business with them. Let's contact beam a life about it.

I think that it's a shame that companies like beam a life think that they could spam and it would do something good for their reputation Especially these spammers who reply in such a way that it's apparent that they are only out to spam, not contribute

Get the HR department involved if you have one...if not, consult and attorney who specializes in employment law. They usually have such letters "canned" so they can give you examples and tailor them to your specific conditions.
