Voluntary redundancy under TUPE
I was offered voluntary redundancy by my employer before a merger took place, this was accepted verbally but I was told I could leave in April, the meger was completed in Feb and still nothing was put in writing, I had been shown what I would have expected my package to be under our previous employers policy.
As they have now formally agreed that I can leave at the end of March should I still be under the same package as e have been TUPE over and are still under this rule at present?
