Default Sickness

I'm updating our staff handbook and would like to tighten up on a few procedures, our current sickness policy enables staff to have upto 5 paid sick days in their first year, going up to 10 once a years service has been completed. Is there a minimum amount of sickness days that we have to allow employees??

Very normal! no need to worry. With my first child i had morning sickness very bad and with my second i had it but not nearly as bad. They say that every pregnacy will be totally different and so will every child, and i will dare say that is TRUE. Relax everything will be ok.
