Default What are the conditions for your life insurance benefits?

It was only recently that our company decided to offer life insurance as a benefit to our employees. I was just wondering how you guys are doing it.

Our company only gives life insurance to employees who have been with us for more than a year, and the policy is co-terminus with the person's employment.

We have 10 employees and we found that it was easier to buy individual insurance for each rather than take out a group life insurance.

Hmmn, I didn't know you could buy insurance for your staff individually. I've always thought that it was group life insurance all the way.

Well group life insurance is much less expensive than getting insurance for each person. Our company also have life insurance, but we tied it a pension arrangement, so it's not a stand alone thing.

Our key personnel also have critical illness insurance that is tied to life insurance. So if you become a manager, you won't have to worry about getting gravely ill.

That's a good benefit, but I think the company would also do well if its key people could easily get treated if they have a critical illness. But admittedly this is expensive!

Life insurance is a best policy for keeping your family future secure with financial resources..Because nobody knows that when he will die...So people have to go for life insurance policy if they love their kids and family...
