What HR software are you using?
What HR softwares are you using, and what are these software for? We are a new company and have yet to get our HR department up. We'd like to know which software would make HR-related tasks easier for us.

Leavemaster
We have been using a software known "leavemaster" in our firm. Its a web based leave management software where you can monitor employee leave very efficiently and easily.

From what I know, my company is using an HR software with tools for personnel database management and for employee record keeping. This software also has an easy and simple report writer. We're using a software from Cascade.

We're also using Cascade for our HR and payroll software. They have a payroll software, a recruitment software, a training software, an HR analysis software, a workflow software, as well as a learning & development software.

There are many HR software packages out there. Just do some research online and see which software brand or software company offers the kind of stuff you need.

The only one I can talk about from experience are Octopus HR, who won the software satisfaction awards last year for their HR software. You can read the review here if you are interested:

I can't speak about anything else as I haven't tried them from personal experience. The one thing I can say about Octopus, is before youi sign up with them they let you speak to one of their current users/clients to get a first hand review which I really like.
