Often HR department shows concerns towards the timing – attendance of their employees, hence requires software which can register the accurate timing. The attendance software is designed in such a way that it can register the real-time, offers customizable management solution to the HR. It is usually integrated with the payroll software.

Default you can use LCT Planner

We have recently started using LCT Planner and we are very happy with it. Although it has cost and travel planning function but the leave functions are very dynamic and full of feature. search for LCT Planner in google and you will find it.

Using one software like ERP software over many(accounting, payroll, attendance etc) is one of the best way to track the leave record or attendance record other records as well.
