I wondered if anyone could provide any advice. I have been asked to review all the job evaluation tools/software that are available in the current market as part of a project. I am looking for job evaluation software that would be particularly relevant for a small retail organisation with around 87 employees. I have done some searches online but I wondered if anyone had any first hand experience of implementing job evaluation software?

In your case, with 87 employees, you will need a a program that can handle this. Most searches that you will find via your searches will give you programs that are suited for much smaller companies, likely up to 50 employees.
