Hi all,
I just needed some advice, i have recently joined an upcoming retail company,( coming up to a year).
The company retails with a few outlets across the UK and we are now planning at expanding to europe within the next 3-5 years, starting off with 2 maybe 3 outlets across europe.
I have just been given the task to produce a small presentation to some HR Managers on how this idea could be successfully implemented within the company. I am currently gathering some ideas and wanted some advice and your views on:
What sort of Strategic HR models or theories you would recommend for an organisation looking at planning their future? Also is their any proven research on these models i could use to justify my idea, after i have linked them to the organisation?
Look forward to your views and thought on this, all help is greatly appreciated so then atleast i can then start linking these views or models to the company to see if they would apply or not.
