For the employee, not only does secondment help you test out the waters so to speak, it develops your flexibility and the ability to adapt. These are, I think, two of the most prized characteristics nowadays!

Our company is a perennial host organisation for secondment employees. We think that the employees from other companies bring fresh insights and skills to the table.

This is right. Plus you get experienced people too! Not just fresh graduates!

I think that that is one of the best benefit you get from secondment agreements. You get a talented worker instead of somebody who is still learning.
