Cool Advice welcome

I was successful applicant for promoted post as fixed term for two and a half years. Term coming to an end and current climate means I have to go on redeployment although post still exists and I have been advised I will go back to my lower grade as that is my substantive post.
The post will then go to one of a number of staff members who are currently on redeployment at the grade the post is at. However I have since found out that other fixed term staff who do not have a substantive post will go on to redeployment at their current grade which is the grade I was in as fixed term and as my substantive post is a grade below I feel this is grossly unfair?
My feeling is that I am not being treated fairly and feel very disadvantaged.
Would welcome thicken and advice.

I think you know in your heart that both of you jumped too quickly in this relationship...that's OK. But, she is not in a place to take this relationship seriously. Although she may have thought she was ready for a relationship, she has not resolved the mistakes and hurts from her previous relationship.
