Default Coach & Counselling advice

In my Coach and Counselling letter i have been asked by Human Resources to put in writing a letter of apology to an associate with 48 hours, copying Human Resources.
Is it a standard procedure ? Is it legal ?

Default Online Counselling

Would anyone be willing to give any feedback or thoughts about how an useful an online support service (fully subsidised by employers) could help staff cope with issues such as workplace stress and other issues?

It is against the law in many areas to present yourself as a counselor, social worker, psychologist, etc.without having a state license and the appropriate degree, which is at least a master's. In your course work for an MFT you will have some kind of internship, where you will learn how to do counseling under the supervision of an experienced therapist.
