I think the biggest benefit we've seen is that coaching actually helped our employees become more productive, motivated and very much satisfied.

Coaching is essential to the growth of any business. Whether you are a manager or part of a team, we've all got ways to improve and learn at work. It's a real shame when companies don't endorse that view.
