Default no training at work

Can you imagine having no training at work? Can you imagine being unskilled and having no training? That is the fate of 9 out of 10 unskilled workers we have today.

I think that what they found was very telling. More than 10 million workers having received no training at their employees? That' quite a lot!

I was very against that proposal to reduce the time to train. I was thinking that if you needed to cut spending, it shouldn't be cutting the amount of investment in training employees. That will be detrimental to businesses in the long run.

I think also that it's important for employees to have lifelong learning. They should continue to learn and update their skills all throughout their working life!

Default Training

Agreed, people working within their fields should become an expert at what they do on a day to day basis so that the company can continue to grow and acquire new business.

Default Hello,

I feel training is required for all work. This makes employee to involve in the work condition.

Without training there is no hope for getting a job done. You must get training first by any means.
