Default mandatory health training?

Can I refuse to go on mandatory health training?

Well, your employer is legally required to give you adequate health and safety trainings. This is supposed to be updated when there are new risks to the job.

Yes, you can but you need to. This is for your protection or for the protection of people you work with.

You should really attend going to these health meetings because they can increase your chances of survival in an emergency situation. They only take a few hours, so you should try and go.
