Default Company Training development

Hi all,

Just wondering if someone could give me a bit of advice. I have managed to sucessfully gain a place on our companies internal development programs. However to take part in this training scheme (I highlight it's a training scheme) to develop my career within the company they want me to take a 4 1/2k pay cut (not benefit cut basic salary cut).

I have been advised by the Unions the company can't do this as i am already an existing employee and as it's classed as "training" they have to take me my current terms and conditions. Does any one know if this is true?

Unfortunately our HR team are not very helpful and will not give me this kind of information that's detremental to the companies position.

Any help would be appreciated..

Regards...

DK

Corporate development and training can also include leadership training, as well as team building activities.Once the new system is integrated in software development company set-up and made available to the end users, the management should identify a trainer to teach the end users about the working knowledge of the functionalities and features of the new system.

Training is not an isolated experience, and learning isn't something that can be swallowed in three quick gulps.Big companies training workers in English must concern themselves with necessary productivity and business demands, as well as how to coordinate language training that does not impair current operations.
