Default Why should you go for equal pay?

The Women's Resource Centre has come out with a statement that companies that offer equal pay for men and women perform better.

I've heard of the WRC's statement, but they didn't provide any statistics to back up their claim. Common sense agrees with them though.

Well, yeah. In our company women take up more than 50% of our employees. SO imagine if you have demotivated female employees. It's enough to ruin you.

It's more than just avoiding de-motivation for me. It's more about showing employees that they are important to us. IT sends a clear signal that they are being taken care of.

I have heard of WRC's statement as well but i didn't find any resource on the internet where i can find this information regarding equal pay system among men and women..So if anyone of you know where i can find it then do let me know about it..Because it is hardly to believe without checking it by myself..

I be well known with of WRC's document as well but i didn't uncover any supply on the internet where i can uncover this information regarding equal pay software among men and some women..So if anyone of you know where i can uncover it then do let me know about it..Because it is hardly to believe without confirming it by myself..

in the current age men and women are doing same work in all the field so that's why they both have same right of equal pay.
