I would like to ask you for advice. My manager asked me to do overtime work next week, and when I said no, he blackmailed me that I won't be paid service charge for two months (although it should be divided equally to everyone) if I will not work an extra day. Also, I was blackmailed to come to work when I was sick ("there will be unpleasant consequence including HR")
Also, I believe he has an personal issues with me, as I did not get promoted without good reason. Moreover, I was not told about free vacancy and less qualified person from outside the company was employed.
What can I do in this case?

Practice and library books. Just tinker on stuff until you get it. But, know when to stop before it gets too expensive and you have to call in the professionals. No sense in making it worse than it was.
