Default Advice Needed

All,
Hello everyone I am new to these forums and I have an odd situation at work that I have never been in before. First I need to find out if the whole thing is something I should be worried about and second what if anything should I do. In any event thank you all for your input this is kind of uncharted territory for me. Moving on I was recently sent on a trip to work on a project and produce documentation to show what we did and a plan moving forward. I was there for sometime before the actual project manager arrived and after briefing the rest of the team on what we had done I went to sit with the individual and review the documents we had created. Now this by itself didn't bother me but by the end of the week after linking it all I got a touch concerned but a quick summary is that I was to forward in my approach and needed to allow others input and I would be butting heads with the project lead if this continued. And this is the part that bothered me but I was told that I do not want to but heads with this individual. Okay I moved on got with the team individually asked if I was leaving out their thoughts what would they add to the project and basically am I causing an internal problem, got the answer no don't worry about it. Now leaving out some particulars I was then belittled in a team meeting about producing poor documentation however what was missing was clearly not part of requirements and was in fact already done else where and then on arrival back to the company I was asked for data that I should have collected and after reviewing the list of activities that data was not included. None of these activities by themselves really bothers me but I view the not butting heads with me a minor threat and then the actions to compromise my performance as a bullying tactic. Am I missing the mark here and also if I am not is this sound like it would be an actual issue, basically I am at a crossroad the project manager has requested a review of my performance on Mon, should I let it go or elevate and am looking for others opinions. Thanks for the help and sorry for being so wordy. Happy Easter all

Hi, sorry for the late reply? Do you have any progress on this matter? All I can suggest really is to speak to the HR department if possible. It's really up to you whether you want to take it further as only you can judge whether it was unfair treatment, no one here was there in the situation so I'm finding it difficult to understand the situation fully..
