This is good for employers because ensuring that fairness abounds in a working environment is good practice. This, in turn, can prove motivating for staff, and will eventually drive up productivity and effectiveness.

Yeah, you need to make sure they do the right thing, but that's just for starters.It will earn them the reputation of being open to disabled people, and others will look up to them.
