It seems that HR personnel and companies interested in recruiting and hiring people with mental disabilities can get some degree of help from Mind Cymru and Equality and Human Rights Commission. They released a short film that is aimed at bettering social inclusion for people who suffer from mental health problems.

That sounds like a good idea, where do we see the film?

Our HR staff were lucky enough to see this film, it actually details how to implement mental health policies and how to deal with people with these conditions. They also have other materials like a case study and some supporting documents. Mind and EHRC really went all out with this.

I have heard that as many as one in 6 workers suffer from a mental health condition, and that it would be best to adopt these practices. The EHRC and Mind programme is really a lot of help. They also arrange for trainings on how to properly handle mental health emergencies and cases.
