Default Christmas bonuses

Do all employees have the right to a Christmas bonus? What if one employee gets a bonus and the other doesn't? Does the second employee have the right to complain?

An employee is entitled to a Christmas bonus only if his or her employment contract provides for it.

But it really depends on what is customary. If the organisation has the practice of giving out Christmas bonuses to all employees every year, then the one who wasn't able to receive any can bring it up.

Sometimes Christmas bonuses are also given as incentives to outstanding employees, or those who have attained certain targets, like sales.

I wouldn't say "right to complain." But "right to inquire." I guess everyone has the right to inquire about everything, including one's receipt of non-receipt of a Christmas bonus.

I agree... as it is a bonus, you really can't demand for it!

Well unless it's been stated in the contract.

Are you trying to do like a half-up/half-down bump? If so, take the amount of hair you want to bump and pull it forward so it hangs over your eyes. Then pull back the rest of your hair in a ponytail to keep it separated.
