OMG, it's been ten years already? The CPS should start getting its act together. A million quids and it's going to pile up more and more if they don't come to end this things!

I think that the CPS needs to change its leadership or it will continue to have the racist brand hound it. It's sad that the agency is not doing anything to clean its image apart from issuing press releases saying that they're not racist and then acting in a contrary manner!

I think that this has gone on needlessly. The employment tribunal has reached its verdict. Also the CPS is acting arrogantly. It knows it is wrong, but they would not admit it!

This case, however, is a good lesson on how an employment complaint goes through the process. From the tribunal to the employment appeals tribunal, to appeals and then critical court.

The CPS does know it's wrong... they accepted the racial discrimination verdict, but they are not willing to go by the remedies set forth by the courts. Again, that's arrogance!
