Default Spending cuts by the government seen to hit blacks the hardest.

The Black Training and Enterprise Group has aired concerns that public spending cuts might affect black people the most. BTEG says that a good number of black people were employed in government, and if there are to be layoffs, more blacks would be statistically laid off!

Actually, they cited statistics from the Annual Population survey in 2009. It reports that 42% of employed blacks were in public administration, health and education. There is only 30% of whites in these sectors.

I think this doesn't count as racial discrimination, though?

It doesn't. Just as long as if any governmental office have a layoff, then it should be fair and transparent. Plus they have to comply with the equalities law too.

My wife has been suffering from hemorrhoids since her pregnancy with our first child.
We've tried all kinds of hemorrhoids home treatment options but so far, nothing works.
Is there anything out there that can stop the bleeding, itching and the pain?
