Can you imagine that 7 HR Revenue and Customs workers were sacked because they were found to be racists? These employees have been intentionally underpaying child benefits to those who come from minority cultures!

Yup. On top of the 7, there were two others who resigned when the inquiry was launched this year. They allegedly tampered with computer records to ensure that people from different races were paid less money than what was due them.

Horrible men! The thing is, the investigation was only done when somebody complained last January. But I think the fact that they have been sacked sends a good message to everyone out there who think that racism is cool.

I'm appalled. Minorities being newcomers here do not fully understand how the benefits system here works. So it is easy to dupe them!
