Well there are document checks that you should follow, these document checks are not really compulsory, but if you ever run into trouble with illegal workers, you would wish that you could show the authorities that you did them. You can get the document check process at the Home Office Web site here: www.bia.homeoffice.gov.uk

This would be enough deterrent. Yes, organisations should really follow the laws to the letter when it comes to hiring.

Can they get working permits after their visit only visas expire?

Are there ways to still get migrant workers? For example our company is looking to absorb an outsourced team from India and require them to live in the UK.they will be required to leave UK after a few months giving you too much headache after.

EVERYBODY has to prove their eligibility to work in the UK during the application/interview process regardless of their race. Why did your employer not do this, particularly if he suspects they are working illegally? He is breaking the law.

Its really a no no, if you are working illegal in a company, and it is legal to have law against racial discrimination.

Each person must be credited or blamed for only the things he or she has done, not for others actions who may be in the same group as them. In fact I think the grouping of people, is not a very good thing, and everyone should be treated as an individual, in their own group, which consists of them, and them alone.

Its favorism in a sence that those people realize the fact that the person they are hiring is here to earn just like them , he has gone through the same hardship to reach that country and to earn some money , like they have. also minorties tends to contract, meaning that they come close to each other and start caring each other when they see they are small in quantity in a different people or enviornment.
