Default Victimisation
Some members of my workforce doing the same job have been given
permission to work past 65. I am a good worker, no health problems,
or work related issues. Am I also being victimised as well as being discriminated
against?

Sometimes yes, victims do contribute. Not always, but sometimes.
For example, stupidity and naivete can cause someone to become a victim
